Our Human Resources Policy
Creating a perfect work-life balance is difficult. It requires conscious and careful personal choices and administrative support. Health and well-being increase individual development and team performance. We make every effort to improve our work environment, framework and policies so that they create personal working styles combined with flexibility and well-being.

We must be aware of the working conditions of the people around us. We protect those who are most vulnerable to abuse. It is our duty to take a stand against this, whether it be child labor, forced labor or bad working conditions. We constantly monitor and evaluate our value chain to make sure that everyone is working in safe working conditions and with appropriate working hours, and that no one earns less than the minimum living wage. It is our responsibility to expect the same standards from our suppliers, subsidiaries and customers, and to fulfill our processes carefully when necessary.
What are we doing;

We do not delay responding to potential worker abuses or rights violations.
